ABOUT US
The NCB/SOA provides quality and professional officials to schools
in Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Colusa, and Lassen counties,
and other contracting agencies to ensure those games are played fairly
and in accordance with the intent and purpose of the rules.
The NCB/SOA is an Equal Opportunity Association that accepts officials
without discrimination as to race, color, creed, gender, age, national
origin, sexual orientation, or disability. However, officials and

umpire assigned games.

consistent application of baseball/softball rules.
- Further the interests of high school baseball/softball and

ethics, and fair play.

provide benevolent assistance in the case of extraordinary cases
within the membership.
- Provide member schools in leagues in the California
Interscholastic Federation (CIF) North Section with officials who
